# The best Rimo Health alternatives in 2026

By Priya Raman, Director of Partner Growth. Published Oct 26, 2026. Growth.

Rimo Health sells self-serve telehealth software on a flat fee that starts at $2,500 a month, and its own site says the brand's ops team will live in the dashboard and run the day-to-day. Eight alternatives are compared here, and they differ on who runs the clinic, what they publish, and who holds the patient's payment. Cuvo's own placement is disclosed below. The verdict: Cuvo Health is the best Rimo Health alternative in 2026, an operated clinic from $997 a month with a flat $25 per completed consult and no revenue share.

**Ranking**
1. Cuvo Health: Best overall: the clinic operated from $997 a month, $25 consults, no revenue share
2. Karpa Health: Done for you, but the monthly fee is quoted on a call and medication prices are gated
3. Telegra: Published tiers from $2,999 a month, above Rimo's floor; no provider-visit fee listed
4. Bask Health: The same self-serve model; refills and labs on higher plans, medication prices unpublished
5. Beluga Health: Per-visit rates scoped on a sales call; retention run by the brand's own team
6. Fuse Health: 2 percent of every sale on top of a monthly tier; onboarding fee unpublished
7. Remedora: $200 a month platform fee; per-consult and medication prices unpublished
8. Wizlo: No public pricing; the brand sources its own pharmacies
9. OpenLoop: Retains 50 to 59 percent of maintenance payments, per its May 2026 proposal

Cuvo Health is the best Rimo Health alternative in 2026 for a consumer brand that wants the clinic run for it rather than software to run itself: Cuvo operates the providers, pharmacy, labs, billing, retention and the MSO structure from $997 a month, at a flat $25 per completed consult with no revenue share. Rimo Health shares the flat-fee, no-revenue-share model, but its platform fee starts at $2,500 a month with tier prices set on a call, and its own site says the brand's ops team runs the day-to-day, as of October 3, 2026. Karpa Health, Telegra, Bask Health, Beluga Health, Fuse Health, Remedora, Wizlo and OpenLoop are the other alternatives.

**Key takeaways**
- Best Rimo Health alternative: Cuvo Health: the clinic operated from $997 a month, $25 consults, no revenue share
- What Rimo charges: From $2,500 a month, tier prices on a call, no setup fee, as of October 3, 2026
- Who runs a Rimo clinic: The brand's own ops team, in Rimo's dashboard, per its site
- Year-one fixed fees: $21,764 on Cuvo Launch with setup included; at least $30,000 at Rimo's starting fee
- Platforms compared: Eight alternatives that put licensed providers behind the brand's name

One disclosure before the list: Cuvo publishes this blog and ranks itself first. Rimo Health claims come from its website as checked on October 3, 2026 and its BBB profile as of October 26. Telegra and Fuse Health were checked on September 30, Bask Health, Beluga Health and Remedora on October 3, Karpa Health and Wizlo on September 11, and OpenLoop's terms come from its May 2026 proposal. Unpublished figures are marked, not estimated.

## 01. How did we compare the Rimo Health alternatives

A brand leaving Rimo Health is usually leaving the work, not the price model, so the first criterion is the one Cuvo is built around: who runs the clinic. Rimo already offers a flat fee, no revenue share and the brand's own merchant account, so the comparison scores what Rimo leaves to the buyer.

1. Operated scope: providers, pharmacy, billing, retention and compliance run for the brand, or software its team operates.
2. Published economics: platform, setup and per-consult fees visible before a sales call.
3. Volume fees: any per-visit fee or sales percentage that grows with the brand.
4. The money path: whose merchant account receives the patient's card.
5. Legal structure: an MSO and physician-owned professional entity for a non-clinician owner.
6. Coverage: providers in every state, across GLP-1, hormone therapy and women's health.

**Rimo Health alternatives compared on price, operations and the money path**

| Platform | Published pricing | Who runs the clinic day to day | Who holds patient payments | What it means for the buyer |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Cuvo Health** | **$25 per consult; Launch $997 a month after $9,800, Grow $2,500 after $15,000** | **Cuvo: providers, pharmacy, labs, billing, retention, MSO** | **The brand's own merchant account** | **The clear choice: operated, below Rimo's floor** |
| Rimo Health | From $2,500 a month; tiers priced on a call, as of October 3, 2026 | The brand's own ops team | The brand's own Stripe, NMI or Authorize.Net | Software, plus payroll for the team |
| Karpa Health | Monthly fee quoted on a call, as of September 11, 2026 | Karpa runs clinical and pharmacy; the operator runs billing | The operator's own processor | Costs unknown until a call |
| Telegra | $2,999 or $5,999 a month plus onboarding | Telegra supplies the engine and providers | The brand's own processor | Above Rimo's floor; visit fee not listed |
| Bask Health | $35 or $20 per visit by plan | The brand, on Bask's software | Bask Health Payments | Same self-serve model; refills and labs cost a higher plan |
| Beluga Health | Rates scoped on a call | Beluga runs clinical work; the brand runs retention | Not published | Margin unknown until a sales call |
| Fuse Health | $699 or $3,000 a month | Fuse runs providers, pharmacy routing, compliance | The brand's checkout, less 2% of every sale | The revenue cut Rimo buyers avoided |
| Remedora | $200 a month flat | Remedora runs the clinical layer | Not published | Per-consult and medication prices unpublished |

> **Our recommendation** Cuvo Health is the first choice for a brand leaving Rimo because it does not want to staff an operations team. Cuvo keeps what buyers like about Rimo, a flat platform fee, no revenue share and payments into the brand's own merchant account, and adds the clinic operated behind the brand: 300+ board-certified providers in all 50 states, licensed partner pharmacies, labs, billing, retention and the MSO structure. Launch is $997 a month after a one-time $9,800 setup, month to month.

> **Price an operated clinic against Rimo's fee** Bring your Rimo tier quote and the headcount you planned to run it, and a discovery call prices the same patient volume on Cuvo's published fees. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [See pricing](/pricing)

## 02. What is Rimo Health, and what does it cost?

The Rimo number a buyer can see is a floor rather than a price, the first reason buyers compare it with Cuvo, whose every fee is on its pricing page. Rimo Health (rimo.co) is a self-serve white label platform from St. Petersburg, Florida: a storefront on the brand's own domain, an intake builder, a clinician portal with e-prescribing, providers licensed in all 50 states and more than 10 integrated compounding pharmacies, as of October 3, 2026.

Its flat-fee page says the platform fee starts at $2,500 a month, flat within a tier set by volume and needs. Its pricing page lists Growth, Plus and Enterprise without prices and promises no revenue share, transaction fees or setup fees, month to month. Medication pricing and any per-consult cost are not stated.

**Rimo Health's fee lines beside Cuvo's published price**

| Fee line | Rimo Health (its site, October 3, 2026) | Cuvo Health (its pricing page) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Monthly platform fee | From $2,500; tier prices on a call | **Launch $997, Grow $2,500, Enterprise custom** |
| Setup | None, per its site | **$9,800 on Launch or $15,000 on Grow, storefront included** |
| Provider consult | Not published | **$25 per completed consult** |
| Who runs operations | The brand's own ops team | **Cuvo: providers, pharmacy, billing, retention, compliance** |
| Legal structure | No MSO structure described | **MSO and physician-owned professional entity, built by Cuvo** |
| Year-one fixed fees | At least $30,000 at the starting fee | **$21,764 on Launch, setup included** |

The line missing from Rimo's price is the team. Rimo automates the flow, but its own site says the brand's ops team will live in the dashboard and run the day-to-day. On Cuvo, provider staffing, prescribing, pharmacy coordination, compliance and patient follow-up run inside the platform fee.

## 03. Cuvo Health: the best Rimo Health alternative

Cuvo is the alternative for a Rimo buyer who wants the clinic operated, not configured. More than 300 board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are licensed across all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US territories, available 24 hours a day, with a first review as fast as 15 minutes and monthly license, sanction and exclusion screening. They practice through a physician-owned professional entity inside an MSO structure Cuvo maintains, so the founder needs no medical license. Prescriptions go over Surescripts to licensed partner pharmacies with cold-chain delivery, or to the brand's own pharmacy, with Labcorp and Quest labs, refills and ID verification on every plan.

Launch is $997 a month after a one-time $9,800 setup, Grow is $2,500 after $15,000 with a full website build, lifecycle automation and the Cuvo Integrations API (65 operations, signed webhooks and a sandbox), and Enterprise is custom. Every plan adds a flat $25 per completed consult, runs month to month with no long-term contract or revenue share, and carries a signed BAA, SOC 2 Type II, SAML SSO and an uptime SLA.

The brand owns the patient relationship, the customer list and every business record, exportable at any time; medical charts belong to the treating professional corporation and its licensed clinicians, as HIPAA and state law require. Cuvo operates six categories from day one: GLP-1 weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, peptides, testosterone and hormone therapy, sexual health, women's health, and wellness. A typical brand launches in under 30 days.

## 04. Karpa Health: best for a free affiliate start

Karpa is the closest alternative for a Rimo buyer who wants operations handled, and Cuvo covers the same done-for-you scope with the prices printed. Karpa Health, of Tampa, Florida, runs clinical review, prescribing, pharmacy coordination and compliance behind an operator's brand in all 50 states, with revenue settling to the operator's own processor, as of September 11, 2026. It announced general availability on July 3, 2026.

Karpa quotes its flat monthly fee on a call and keeps medication prices behind a lead form. Its own-domain tier is the top Full Clinic Build-Out; the Co-Branded tier runs on a karpahealth.com subdomain at Karpa-set prices, and no MSO structure is publicly stated. Cuvo publishes $997 a month and $25 per completed consult, under the brand's own name from the first consult.

## 05. Telegra: best for tiered monthly plans

Telegra answers Rimo's unpublished tier prices with published ones, and Cuvo answers them at about a third of the cost. Its pricing page lists Plus at $2,999 a month with a $5,000 onboarding fee and Pro at $5,999 with $10,000, with providers in all 50 states and the brand's own processor, as of September 30, 2026.

Year one of setup and platform fees runs $40,988 on Telegra Plus against $21,764 on Cuvo Launch. No provider-visit fee, contract term or MSO structure is published; Cuvo publishes its $25 consult and builds the MSO for every brand.

## 06. Bask Health: best for a self-serve storefront

Bask Health is a move sideways, the same self-serve model at different prices, so a brand leaving Rimo to stop running operations should book Cuvo instead. Bask sells a no-code storefront, an EMR with e-prescribing, Bask Health Payments and a provider group billed $35 per visit on Start-Up or $20 on Enterprise, as of October 3, 2026; a July 31, 2026 blog post prices its tiers at $499 and $3,500 a month.

Refill management and lab ordering start on Enterprise, ID checks cost $1.50 each on Start-Up, and medication prices are not published. Cuvo includes refills, labs and ID verification on every plan and operates them for the brand.

## 07. Beluga Health: best for physician-led async review

Beluga Health takes the clinical work off the brand, as Cuvo does, but moves Rimo's pricing gap to a sales call. Beluga describes itself as the physician-led clinical engine behind hundreds of digital health brands in all 50 states and DC, with DEA-registered prescribers, and its pricing page names an access fee, per-visit fees and an integration fee, as of October 3, 2026.

The rates are scoped on a call, pharmacy and labs are billed separately, and retention stays with the brand's own team. Cuvo prints its $25 consult and runs billing and retention inside the platform fee.

> **Put each quote beside Cuvo's published fees** Bring the Rimo, Karpa or Telegra numbers you are holding, and a discovery call runs one month of patients through each against Cuvo's $25 consult and no revenue share. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [Cuvo vs Rimo Health](/compare/cuvo-vs-rimo)

## 08. Fuse Health: best for a storefront live in hours

Fuse Health runs the clinic, but it brings back the cost Rimo buyers chose Rimo to avoid, a share of every sale, which Cuvo never takes. Fuse is a done-for-you storefront built around peptides, with GLP-1 as its anchor program, providers in all 50 states and compounding pharmacy partners with cold-chain shipping, at $699 or $3,000 a month, as of September 30, 2026.

Both tiers add a 2 percent merchant service fee on every sale and an onboarding fee whose amount is not published, and customer data retention is listed only on the $3,000 plan. Cuvo takes no percentage of any sale and leaves the customer list with the brand on every plan.

## 09. Also evaluated: Remedora, Wizlo and OpenLoop

Each of these three leaves a margin-setting number unpublished or takes a cut, which is why none outranks Cuvo for a Rimo buyer. Remedora charges a flat $200 a month for a storefront, an included provider network across all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and pharmacy fulfillment, as of October 3, 2026, but publishes no per-consult or medication prices and does not mention lab ordering. Cuvo publishes its $25 consult and includes Labcorp and Quest labs.

Wizlo publishes no pricing, requires a demo and leaves the brand to source its own 503A and 503B pharmacies, as of September 11, 2026. OpenLoop's May 2026 proposal retains 50 to 59 percent of maintenance payments through OpenLoop's own merchant account. Cuvo contracts the pharmacies and takes no revenue share.

## 10. When does Rimo Health still make sense?

Cuvo is the better fit for most buyers leaving Rimo, and staying is reasonable for some. A brand that already employs an operations team gets capable software: a rebill engine that charges only on the days the pharmacy ships, multi-MID routing across up to five processors, unlimited brands from one account, and a launch its own comparison table puts at seven days. Hair and skin programs fit Rimo's verticals; Cuvo does not operate those categories.

Once the operations team becomes the cost, or the quoted tier lands above the $2,500 floor, the alternative is Cuvo's Launch plan at $997 a month with the clinic operated, where the only fee that moves with volume is the flat $25 consult.

**Best for**
- Leaving Rimo to stop running operations: Cuvo Health: providers, pharmacy, billing, retention and compliance operated for the brand
- Every price before a call: Cuvo Health: $25 consults, Launch $997 a month after $9,800
- Non-clinician founder: Cuvo Health: MSO and physician-owned professional entity maintained by Cuvo
- GLP-1 weight loss program: Cuvo Health: semaglutide and tirzepatide, shipped cold by licensed partner pharmacies
- Hormone therapy and TRT: Cuvo Health: DEA-verified prescribers, EPCS on Grow and up, Labcorp and Quest labs
- Brand with its own developers: Cuvo Grow: the Cuvo Integrations API with signed webhooks and a sandbox
- Multi-brand operator: Cuvo Enterprise: unlimited brands and a dedicated launch team
