# The best Qualiphy alternatives in 2026

By Priya Raman, Director of Partner Growth. Published Oct 26, 2026. Growth.

Qualiphy sells med spas and clinics one thing: a Good Faith Exam at $27.99, embedded in the clinic's own website. Everything around the exam, the storefront, subscriptions, retention and the prescription program itself, stays the clinic's to build, inside a visit where Qualiphy's providers say they work with Qualiphy. Six platforms replace it, and Cuvo's own placement is disclosed below. The verdict: Cuvo Health is the best Qualiphy alternative in 2026, with Good Faith Exams included on every plan at no per-exam fee and a full prescription program run behind the clinic's own name at $25 per completed consult.

**Ranking**
1. Cuvo Health: Best overall: Good Faith Exams included, a branded program at $25 per completed consult, no revenue share
2. Lyv Health (now Altro Health): $399 or $749 a month for coordination; co-branded on Starter, no operated clinic
3. Fuse Health: 2% of every sale plus an onboarding fee it does not publish
4. Karpa Health: Monthly fee quoted on a call; co-branded tier on its own subdomain
5. WellSync: Custom quote; its consumer service is unavailable in ten markets
6. NimbusRX: No published pricing of any kind
7. Ola Digital Health: Priced by discovery call; no MSO structure detailed

Cuvo Health is the best Qualiphy alternative in 2026 for a med spa, IV or wellness clinic that wants to sell prescription programs under its own name: Good Faith Exams are included on every plan at no per-exam fee, and Cuvo runs the providers in all 50 states, licensed partner pharmacies, labs, billing and the clinical entity behind the clinic, at a flat $25 per completed consult with no revenue share. Qualiphy (qualiphy.me) charges $27.99 per Good Faith Exam, as of October 3, 2026, and its help center lists providers in 48 states and DC. Lyv Health (now Altro Health), Fuse Health, Karpa Health, WellSync, NimbusRX and Ola Digital Health are the other alternatives.

**Key takeaways**
- Best Qualiphy alternative: Cuvo Health: Good Faith Exams included, a branded program at $25 per completed consult
- What Qualiphy charges: $27.99 per Good Faith Exam, $49.99 urgent care, as of October 3, 2026

- Coverage: Cuvo: all 50 states plus DC and the territories. Qualiphy's help center: 48 states and DC

One disclosure before the list: Cuvo publishes this blog and ranks itself first. Qualiphy claims come from its website and help center as checked on October 3, 2026, and its review listings as checked on October 26. Every other company is stamped with the date Cuvo last reviewed it. Unpublished figures are marked, not estimated.

## 01. How did we compare the Qualiphy alternatives

Cuvo is built for the clinic that has outgrown the exam and wants GLP-1 or hormone programs recurring monthly, under its own name. The six criteria follow that move, and Cuvo publishes its answer to each.

1. Program scope: a branded prescription program, or a per-exam clearance service.
2. Exam cost: Good Faith Exams billed one by one, or included in the plan.
3. Brand: whose name is on the storefront, the domain and the visit.
4. Published economics: setup, platform and per-consult fees, with no percentage of sales.
5. Coverage: providers licensed in every state, stated consistently.
6. Clinical structure: who employs the prescribers, and through which entity.

**Qualiphy alternatives compared on scope, price, brand and coverage**

| Platform | What the clinic buys | Published pricing | Whose name the patient sees | What it means for the buyer |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Cuvo Health** | **An operated program: 50-state providers, partner pharmacies, labs, billing and Good Faith Exams** | **$25 per completed consult, no revenue share. Launch $997 a month after $9,800 setup** | **The clinic's, on every plan** | **The clear choice: a branded program sold into all 50 states, month to month** |
| Qualiphy | A Good Faith Exam widget in the clinic's own site | $27.99 per exam, as of October 3, 2026 | The clinic's site; providers say they work with Qualiphy | The clinic still builds the storefront, subscriptions and retention |
| Lyv Health (now Altro Health) | Coordination through independent providers | $399 or $749 a month, as of October 26, 2026 | Co-branded on Starter; own domain only at $749 | No MSO structure stated; clinical services billed separately |
| Fuse Health | A peptide-first storefront, GLP-1 as its anchor | $699 or $3,000 a month plus 2% of every sale, as of September 30, 2026 | The clinic's brand | A percentage of every sale leaves the clinic |
| Karpa Health | Cash-pay programs, live since July 3, 2026 | Quoted on a call, as of September 11, 2026 | A karpahealth.com subdomain until the top tier | No number to model before the call |
| WellSync | API-driven virtual care | Custom quote, as of September 11, 2026 | The clinic's brand | Its consumer service is unavailable in ten markets |
| NimbusRX | A turnkey stack with branded apps | Not published, as of September 11, 2026 | The clinic's site and apps | Nothing to underwrite before a call |
| Ola Digital Health | White-label telehealth and EHR software | Discovery call only, as of October 3, 2026 | The clinic's brand | No MSO structure detailed |

> **Our recommendation** Cuvo Health is the first choice for a clinic leaving Qualiphy to sell prescription programs rather than clear procedures one exam at a time. It is the only platform reviewed here that includes Good Faith Exams on every plan and also operates the prescribers, partner pharmacies, labs, billing and professional entity behind the clinic's own name, with every fee published. Cuvo does not supply a medical director for in-room services, which stay under the clinic's own supervision.

> **Bring last month's exam count** Bring your Qualiphy invoices, and a discovery call maps the same patients onto Cuvo's included exams, $25 consults and a program under your brand. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [See pricing](/pricing)

## 02. What is Qualiphy, and what does it cost?

Qualiphy prices the exam and nothing around it, which is the opening for a clinic that wants Cuvo to run the whole program. Qualiphy is a Beverly Hills telemedicine company founded in 2023, operating as Qualiphy PC, a professional corporation. Clinics embed its Quidget widget in a WordPress or WooCommerce site; a patient pays, completes intake and is routed on demand to a licensed MD, DO, NP or PA for a Good Faith Exam, which Qualiphy says clears more than 70 in-person procedures, as of October 3, 2026.

The pricing is public and narrow, with no sign-up fee, monthly fee or contract. GLP-1 and other medication prices are not published, and its Ship Direct option bundles medication and shipping into a single price.

**Qualiphy's pricing beside Cuvo's published fees**

| Fee line | Qualiphy (its pricing page, October 3, 2026) | Cuvo Health (its pricing page) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Good Faith Exam | $27.99 per exam | **Included on every plan, no per-exam fee** |
| Prescription consult | $27.99 standard; $49.99 urgent care | **$25 per completed consult** |
| Monthly fee | None | **Launch $997, Grow $2,500, Enterprise custom** |
| Setup | None; the clinic builds its site around the widget | **$9,800 on Launch, storefront included; $15,000 on Grow with a full website** |
| Subscriptions and retention | The clinic's own tools | **Rebills, provider-reviewed refills and retention messages** |
| Coverage | 48 states and DC in its help center; 50 on one page | **All 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and the territories** |

For a clinic that also sells programs, the exam line turns at modest volume: 36 exams a month on Qualiphy cost $1,007.64, above Cuvo Launch's $997 platform fee, which includes those exams plus the storefront, billing and pharmacy routing, after a one-time $9,800 setup. Qualiphy's FAQ also says its providers introduce themselves as working with Qualiphy; on Cuvo, every step runs under the clinic's name.

## 03. Cuvo Health: the best Qualiphy alternative

A clinic that moves from Qualiphy to Cuvo keeps its Good Faith Exams, stops paying for each one, and gains a prescription business under its own name. More than 300 board-certified MDs, NPs and PAs, licensed across all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US territories, review patients 24 hours a day, with a first review as fast as 15 minutes and monthly license, sanction and exclusion screening. They practice through a physician-owned professional entity inside an MSO structure Cuvo builds and maintains, so the clinic recruits no prescriber.

Six categories run on every plan: GLP-1 weight loss (semaglutide, tirzepatide), testosterone and hormone therapy, peptides, sexual health, women's health and wellness. Prescriptions go over Surescripts to licensed partner pharmacies with cold-chain delivery, labs order through Labcorp and Quest, and refills are provider-reviewed. TRT runs on EPCS, included on Grow and above.

Launch is $997 a month after a one-time $9,800 setup, Grow $2,500 after $15,000, and Enterprise is custom for multi-location groups, each with $25 per completed consult, no revenue share and a signed BAA, month to month after setup. The clinic owns the patient relationship, the customer list and every business record, exportable at any time; medical charts belong to the treating professional corporation and its licensed clinicians. Cuvo does not supply a medical director or supervising physician for in-room treatments.

## 04. Lyv Health, now Altro Health: coordination, not a clinic

A clinic leaving Qualiphy for Altro Health swaps a per-exam bill for a monthly one and still does not get an operated clinic, which is what Cuvo runs. Lyv Health's domains now redirect to Altro Health, a New York platform for coaches, med spas and wellness centers offering labs, prescriptions and peptides through independent providers. Starter is $399 a month with a co-branded storefront and Pro is $749 with the clinic's own domain, as of October 26, 2026.

Altro calls its role technology and coordination, states no MSO structure, and has clients pay separately for labs, medication and clinical services. Cuvo carries the clinic's brand on every plan and operates the clinic itself.

## 05. Fuse Health: a 2 percent meter on every sale

Fuse Health replaces Qualiphy's per-exam fee with a percentage of every sale, the one meter Cuvo never charges. Fuse lists med spas among its customers and runs a white-labeled storefront with providers in all 50 states and compounding pharmacy partners, built around peptides with GLP-1 as its anchor program.

Its pricing page lists $699 or $3,000 a month plus a 2 percent merchant service fee on every sale and an unpublished onboarding fee, as of September 30, 2026, and customer-data retention only on the $3,000 plan. On Cuvo no percentage of any sale leaves the clinic, and the clinic owns its records on every plan.

## 06. Karpa Health: a new platform priced on a call

A clinic used to Qualiphy's printed exam price will find Karpa Health's fee behind a call, where Cuvo prints its own. Karpa, based in Tampa, announced general availability on July 3, 2026 and lists med spas among its operators, with GLP-1, peptide, TRT and HRT programs on a 50-state provider network.

As of September 11, 2026, Karpa quotes its monthly fee on a call, gates medication pricing behind a lead form, runs its Co-Branded tier on a karpahealth.com subdomain, and states no MSO structure. Cuvo publishes its fees and carries the clinic's brand from the first consult.

## 07. WellSync: a custom quote with ten markets uncovered

Coverage is one reason clinics leave Qualiphy, and WellSync does not solve it; Cuvo does. WellSync, founded in 2022 in Gainesville, Georgia, is an API-driven virtual care platform for pharmacies, retailers and med spas, live across Publix's 1,300-plus pharmacies since June 2024.

Partner pricing is a custom quote, and its consumer async service is unavailable in AR, DC, DE, ID, KS, LA, MS, NM, RI and WV, as of September 11, 2026. Cuvo publishes its pricing and routes every visit to a provider licensed where the patient is.

## 08. NimbusRX: branded apps and no published pricing

A clinic that wants to price its program before a sales call cannot do it on NimbusRX, and can on Cuvo. NimbusRX, an early team in Grand Junction, Colorado, sells med spas and other operators a turnkey stack: an EMR, a nationwide provider network, pharmacy options and branded native apps.

Its tiers carry no dollar figures and its pricing page returned a 404, as of September 11, 2026. Cuvo prints its setup, monthly and per-consult fees, and a branded iOS and Android app is a published add-on at $4,999 a year.

## 09. Ola Digital Health: a platform priced by discovery call

Ola Digital Health sells virtual clinic infrastructure without publishing its price or its legal structure, the two things Cuvo puts on its site. The Tampa company sells white-label telehealth and EHR software to clinics, pharmacies and wellness entrepreneurs, with physicians and nurse practitioners across all 50 states and SureScripts e-prescribing.

As of October 3, 2026 it prices only through a discovery call, publishes no per-consult fee, and does not detail an MSO structure or how much of daily operations it runs. Cuvo builds the MSO and runs the clinic's operations at a published $25 per completed consult.

## 10. Also evaluated: Wizlo and Rimo Health

Two more platforms were set aside, and both leave more of the operation to the clinic than Cuvo does. Wizlo publishes no pricing and leaves the clinic to source its own 503A and 503B pharmacy partners, as of September 11, 2026. Rimo Health sells self-serve software from $2,500 a month that the brand's own ops team runs, as of October 3, 2026. Cuvo contracts the pharmacies and runs the operation.

## 11. When does Qualiphy still make sense?

Cuvo is the better fit for any clinic that wants to sell programs, and Qualiphy remains the right tool for one buyer: a single-location spa that only needs a provider to clear in-person procedures, with no plan to sell prescription programs. That is a different product from a telehealth program, Cuvo is not built for that need alone, and Qualiphy's pay-as-you-go exam is priced for it.

Once the spa wants monthly GLP-1, hormone or women's health programs, patients outside its rooms, or one name across the whole visit, the per-exam model becomes the limit. On Cuvo the exams are included, and a clinic switching platforms gets white-glove migration of its patients and data at no additional fee.

**Best for**
- Spa moving from per-exam fees to a program: Cuvo Health: Good Faith Exams included on every plan
- Med spa adding GLP-1 weight loss: Cuvo Health: semaglutide and tirzepatide with cold-chain delivery
- Med spa adding hormone therapy and TRT: Cuvo Grow: EPCS plus Labcorp and Quest labs
- Clinic selling beyond its own state: Cuvo Health: providers in all 50 states, DC and the territories
- Owner who is not a clinician: Cuvo Health: MSO and professional entity built by Cuvo
- Single-location spa watching burn: Cuvo Launch: $997 a month after a $9,800 setup
- Multi-location or franchise group: Cuvo Enterprise: unlimited brands and a dedicated launch team
