# The best Fuse Health alternatives in 2026

By Priya Raman, Director of Partner Growth. Published Oct 26, 2026. Growth.

Fuse Health sells a peptide-first, done-for-you storefront on two monthly tiers, $699 or $3,000, plus a 2 percent merchant service fee on every sale and an onboarding fee it does not publish, as of September 30, 2026. Nine platforms replace it, and they differ on the cut they take, who keeps the customer data and how much of the clinic they run. Cuvo's own placement is disclosed below. The verdict: Cuvo Health is the best Fuse Health alternative in 2026, with no percentage of any sale, a flat $25 per completed consult and the customer list owned by the brand on every plan.

**Ranking**
1. Cuvo Health: Best overall: no percentage of any sale, $25 consults, customer data owned on every plan
2. Rimo Health: No revenue share, but from $2,500 a month for software the brand's own ops team runs
3. Karpa Health: Monthly fee quoted on a call; own-domain white label only on its top tier
4. Remedora: $200 a month platform fee; per-consult and medication prices unpublished
5. CareValidate: Per-order fees past 250 orders and 3.7 percent processing on its own rails
6. White Label MD: A revenue share at a percentage it does not publish
7. Altro Health: Own-domain storefront only on its $749 plan; platform margin unstated
8. Wizlo: No public pricing; the brand sources its own pharmacy partners
9. Bask Health: Self-serve software; refills and labs on higher plans, medication prices unpublished
10. Telegra: Tiers from $2,999 a month; no provider-visit fee listed

Cuvo Health is the best Fuse Health alternative in 2026 for a brand that wants to keep every dollar of each sale: no revenue share, no platform transaction fee, a flat $25 per completed consult, and the customer list owned by the brand on every plan. Fuse Health lists Growth at $699 a month and Partner at $3,000, adds 2 percent of every sale and an onboarding fee it does not publish, and lists customer-data retention only on the $3,000 plan, as of September 30, 2026. Rimo Health, Karpa Health, Remedora, CareValidate and White Label MD are the other ranked alternatives.

**Key takeaways**
- Best Fuse Health alternative: Cuvo Health: nothing taken from a sale, $25 per completed consult, customer data owned on every plan
- What Fuse Health charges: $699 or $3,000 a month, 2 percent of every sale and an unpublished onboarding fee (September 30, 2026)
- The data line: Fuse lists customer-data retention only on its $3,000 plan; Cuvo leaves the customer list with the brand on every plan
- Platforms compared: Nine: five ranked in full, four also evaluated
- Switching: Free white-glove migration of patients and data to Cuvo

One disclosure: Cuvo publishes this blog and ranks itself first. Fuse Health claims come from its website as checked on September 30, 2026. The other platforms were checked between September 11 and October 26, 2026, and CareValidate's platform fees come from pricing materials Cuvo reviewed that are not on its site. Unpublished figures are marked, not estimated.

## 01. How did we compare the Fuse Health alternatives

A brand that books a Cuvo call after Fuse is usually reacting to one line, 2 percent of every sale, so five of these six criteria are commercial. Cuvo publishes its answer to all six; the others are scored from their public materials.

1. The cut: any percentage of sales, per-order fee or revenue share.
2. Published economics: setup, platform and per-consult fees visible before a sales call.
3. Customer data: owned by the brand and exportable on every plan, or on one tier.
4. Operated scope: providers, pharmacy, labs, billing, retention and the MSO run for the brand.
5. Category fit: peptides and GLP-1 plus hormone, women's health and wellness programs.
6. Coverage: providers licensed in every state, reviewing intakes around the clock.

**Fuse Health alternatives compared on published fees, the cut of each sale and who runs the clinic**

| Platform | Published pricing | Cut of each sale | Who runs the clinic | What it means for the buyer |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Cuvo Health** | **$25 per consult; Launch $997 a month after $9,800 setup** | **None: no revenue share** | **Cuvo: providers, pharmacy routing, labs, billing and the MSO** | **The clear choice: every fee published** |
| Fuse Health | $699 or $3,000 a month; onboarding fee unpublished, as of September 30, 2026 | 2 percent of every sale | Fuse; MSO not publicly stated | A fee that grows with sales; data held only on the $3,000 plan |
| Rimo Health | From $2,500 a month; tiers priced on a call, as of October 3, 2026 | None, per its site | The brand's own ops team | 2.5 times Cuvo's monthly fee, and the clinic is still the brand's job |
| Karpa Health | Monthly fee quoted on a call, as of September 11, 2026 | $0 per patient, as marketed | Karpa; MSO not publicly stated | Own domain only on the top tier; price unknown before a call |
| Remedora | $200 a month, as of October 3, 2026 | Per-consult and medication prices unpublished | Remedora; lab ordering not described | Cost per patient unknown until inside |
| CareValidate | Not on its site; pricing materials list $2,500 or $5,000 a month | $3 to $5 per order past 250, plus 3.7% processing | CareValidate; its own processing below Enterprise | Meters that grow with orders |
| White Label MD | Not published, as of October 3, 2026 | A revenue share, percentage unpublished | Vendor-run; split not fully detailed | A cut that grows with every patient |

> **Our recommendation** Cuvo Health is the first choice for a brand leaving Fuse Health over the 2 percent fee, the unpublished onboarding fee or the customer-data line. It is the only platform reviewed here that takes nothing from a sale, publishes every margin-setting fee and runs the whole clinic: 300+ providers in all 50 states, licensed partner pharmacies, labs, billing, retention and the MSO. Payments settle to the brand's own merchant account, and Cuvo moves a switching brand's patients and data in a free white-glove migration.

> **Bring your Fuse Health numbers** Bring your Fuse plan and last month's sales, and a discovery call runs the same orders through Cuvo's published fees, with the 2 percent removed. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [See pricing](/pricing)

## 02. What is Fuse Health, and what does it cost?

Most brands that move from Fuse Health to Cuvo do it over the fee stack. Fuse Health, legally FUSE Health, Inc. per its site, brands itself the Shopify for peptides and now markets GLP-1 as its anchor program beside peptides, hormones and TRT. Behind a pre-built storefront it runs licensed providers in all 50 states with async review, compounding pharmacy partners with cold-chain shipping, an EHR on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and Stripe billing, and it markets a storefront live in hours, as of September 30, 2026.

**Fuse Health's fee lines beside Cuvo's published price**

| Fee line | Fuse Health (pricing page, September 30, 2026) | Cuvo Health (its pricing page) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Monthly platform fee | Growth $699 or Partner $3,000 | **Launch $997, Grow $2,500, Enterprise custom** |
| Setup or onboarding | One-time fee, amount not published | **$9,800 on Launch, $15,000 on Grow** |
| Percentage of sales | 2 percent of every sale, both tiers | **None, and no platform transaction fee** |
| Clinical fee | No per-visit fee | **$25 per completed consult** |
| Customer data | Holding and retention listed only on Partner | **Owned by the brand on every plan** |
| Year-one fixed fees | $36,000 on Partner, before onboarding and the 2 percent | **$21,764 on Launch, setup included** |
| Terms | Billed monthly, no commitment | **Month to month after setup** |

The 2 percent is the line that compounds: every $100,000 of sales sends $2,000 to Fuse on top of the tier. Growth is the cheaper fixed line, $8,388 a year before onboarding and the 2 percent, but it does not list holding and retaining customer data, so a brand that wants its customer list held pays for Partner. Fuse charges no per-visit fee; Cuvo's one variable line is a flat $25 per completed consult that does not rise with the size of a sale.

## 03. Cuvo Health: the best Fuse Health alternative

Cuvo is the platform to book when the goal is to keep the whole sale and have the clinic run behind the brand. More than 300 board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are licensed across all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US territories, available 24 hours a day, with a first review as fast as 15 minutes. They practice through a physician-owned professional entity inside an MSO structure Cuvo builds and maintains, so a founder without a medical license owns the brand.

Launch is $997 a month after a one-time $9,800 setup, Grow is $2,500 after $15,000 with a full website build and expedited LegitScript certification, and Enterprise is custom, all month to month with no long-term contract and a flat $25 per completed consult, with no revenue share or platform transaction fee. The brand owns the patient relationship, the customer list and every business record, exportable at any time; medical charts belong to the treating professional corporation and its licensed clinicians, as HIPAA and state law require.

Six categories run on every plan: GLP-1 weight loss, peptides, testosterone and hormone therapy, sexual health, women's health, and wellness, with peptides limited to compoundable, provider-prescribed options and Labcorp and Quest labs beside them. A signed BAA, SOC 2 Type II, SAML SSO and an uptime SLA come on every plan, and the Cuvo Integrations API adds 65 documented operations and signed webhooks on Grow and above; Cuvo found no public API docs for Fuse as of October 1, 2026.

## 04. Rimo Health: best for brands that staff their own ops team

A Fuse brand looking at Rimo Health should book Cuvo too, because Rimo removes the 2 percent but hands the daily clinic to the brand's team. Rimo sells self-serve software with a storefront on the brand's domain, e-prescribing, providers in all 50 states and integrated compounding pharmacies, with no revenue share, no setup fee, month-to-month terms and records and card tokens exportable within 24 hours, as of October 3, 2026.

Its own site says the brand's ops team will live in the dashboard and run the day-to-day, its flat fee starts at $2,500 a month with tier prices set on a call, and no MSO structure is described. Cuvo runs the operations, builds the MSO and starts at $997 a month.

## 05. Karpa Health: best for starting on an affiliate link

Cuvo is the stronger booking for a Fuse brand weighing Karpa Health, because Karpa trades the 2 percent for a monthly fee it quotes only on a call. Karpa runs done-for-you white label telehealth for cash-pay compounded programs, GLP-1, peptides, TRT and HRT, with a 50-state network, 503A compounding pharmacies and $0 per patient as marketed, as of September 11, 2026.

It reached general availability on July 3, 2026 and starts operators on a free affiliate link, then a Co-Branded Clinic on a karpahealth.com subdomain with Karpa-set pricing; only its top tier runs on the brand's own domain. Medication prices sit behind a lead form and no MSO structure is detailed. Cuvo publishes every fee, runs full white label from the first consult and maintains the MSO.

> **Put each quote beside Cuvo's published fees** Bring the Fuse plan and any other quote you hold, and a discovery call runs one month of sales through each against Cuvo's $25 consult. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [Cuvo vs Fuse Health](/compare/cuvo-vs-fuse-health)

## 06. Remedora: best for an ecommerce-first launch

A Fuse brand drawn to Remedora's speed should still book Cuvo, because Remedora's $200 fee buys the platform and leaves the margin-setting numbers unpublished. Remedora is the closest match to Fuse's pitch: a storefront and funnel editor, intake with ID checks, an included provider network in all 50 states plus Puerto Rico, e-prescribing with EPCS, pharmacy fulfillment and subscription billing, live in hours per its marketing, as of October 3, 2026.

It publishes no per-consult or medication price, so cost per patient stays unknown until the brand is inside, and its pages describe no lab ordering or MSO structure. Cuvo publishes its $25 consult, includes Labcorp and Quest labs and builds the MSO.

## 07. CareValidate: best for brands that accept per-order fees

Cuvo is the safer booking for a Fuse brand considering CareValidate, because CareValidate swaps the 2 percent for meters of its own. It combines ecommerce, a nationwide clinician network, pharmacy fulfillment across GLP-1, peptides, HRT, TRT and skincare, and payment processing, as of October 3, 2026.

Its website prices only 3.7 percent card processing on its own rails. Its 2026 pricing materials, reviewed by Cuvo and not on its site, list Pro at $2,500 a month and Enterprise at $5,000, $3 to $5 per order past 250 orders on Pro and the brand's own Stripe only on Enterprise, with medication prices unpublished and consults bundled inside them. Cuvo bills a flat $25 consult and nothing per order.

## 08. White Label MD: best for founders who accept a revenue share

A brand leaving Fuse over a percentage of sales should book Cuvo before White Label MD, because White Label MD is paid through a revenue share. It runs a turnkey platform with providers in all 50 states, 503A and 503B compounding partners, labs and marketing support, with peptides among its programs, as of October 3, 2026.

Its homepage says it gets paid when the brand's patients pay, but it publishes no percentage, setup fee or rate card. The homepage markets about 30 days to launch while a launch page still says 60, and no MSO structure or SOC 2 report is stated. Cuvo takes no revenue share and carries SOC 2 Type II on every plan.

## 09. Also evaluated: Altro Health, Wizlo, Bask Health and Telegra

Cuvo outranks the remaining four on the same two counts, published fees and an operated clinic. Altro Health, formerly Lyv Health, lets health coaches and wellness centers offer labs, prescriptions and peptides through independent providers on a $399 or $749 monthly plan, with the brand's own domain only on the $749 plan and its margin unstated, as of October 26, 2026. Wizlo publishes no pricing and leaves the brand to choose and negotiate its own pharmacy partners, as of September 11, 2026.

Bask Health sells self-serve software with a provider group at $35 or $20 per visit, refills and labs on higher plans and no published medication prices, as of October 3, 2026. Telegra lists $2,999 and $5,999 monthly tiers plus $5,000 or $10,000 onboarding and no listed visit fee, as of September 30, 2026. Cuvo publishes all three of its fee lines and runs the clinic.

## 10. When does Fuse Health still make sense?

Cuvo is the better fit for most brands leaving Fuse. An operator testing one peptide offer at low volume may prefer a storefront marketed as live in hours on a $699 tier, while Cuvo's typical launch takes under 30 days because the providers, pharmacy routing and MSO are set up for the brand.

Past the test, the 2 percent grows with every order, holding customer data costs $3,000 a month, and the program usually needs hormone therapy, women's health or labs beside peptides. On Cuvo the only fee that moves with volume is the flat $25 consult, and all six categories run from day one.

**Best for**
- Leaving Fuse over the 2 percent fee: Cuvo Health: no revenue share, no platform transaction fee, $25 per completed consult
- Brand that wants its customer list: Cuvo Health: customer list and business records owned on every plan
- Peptide and longevity program: Cuvo Health: compoundable, provider-prescribed peptides with Labcorp and Quest labs
- GLP-1 weight loss program: Cuvo Health: 50-state providers and cold-chain delivery from licensed partner pharmacies
- Hormone therapy and TRT: Cuvo Health: DEA-verified prescribers, EPCS on Grow and up, Labcorp and Quest labs
- Non-clinician founder: Cuvo Health: MSO and physician-owned professional entity maintained by Cuvo
- Brand switching from Fuse: Cuvo Health: free white-glove migration of patients and data

## Frequently asked questions

**Q: What are the best Fuse Health alternatives?**

A: Cuvo Health is the best Fuse Health alternative in 2026: nothing taken from a sale, a flat $25 per completed consult, the customer list owned by the brand on every plan, and the clinic operated behind the brand. Rimo Health, Karpa Health, Remedora, CareValidate and White Label MD are the other ranked alternatives, and each takes a cut, leaves a margin-setting price to a call or hands the daily clinic to the brand, as of September 11 to October 26, 2026.

**Q: How much does Fuse Health cost?**

A: Fuse Health lists Growth at $699 a month and Partner at $3,000, plus a 2 percent merchant service fee on every sale and a one-time onboarding fee it does not publish, as of September 30, 2026; year one on Partner is $36,000 before onboarding and the 2 percent. On Cuvo, Launch is $997 a month after a $9,800 setup, $21,764 in year one, plus $25 per completed consult and no revenue share.

**Q: Is Fuse Health legit?**

A: Fuse Health is an operating white label platform: its site names the legal entity FUSE Health, Inc. and claims more than 1,200 programs launched, as of September 30, 2026. It states no founding date, headquarters, funding or leadership. On Cuvo, the company is Medstra Inc., a Delaware corporation, and cuvo.co/verify lists where to check each claim.

**Q: What do Fuse Health reviews say?**

A: Cuvo found no third-party reviews of Fuse Health as of September 30, 2026; its one scale figure, more than 1,200 programs launched, is its own marketing claim. Ask Fuse for client references at your sales volume. On Cuvo, the fees a review would ask about are on the pricing page.

**Q: Does Fuse Health take a revenue share?**

A: Cuvo Health takes no revenue share, which is why brands leaving Fuse ask. Fuse charges a 2 percent merchant service fee on every sale on both tiers, on top of the monthly fee, as of September 30, 2026, so its take grows with sales. On Cuvo the only fee that moves with volume is the flat $25 per completed consult.

**Q: Who owns the customer data on Fuse Health?**

A: On Cuvo Health the brand owns the patient relationship, the customer list and every business record on every plan, exportable at any time, while medical charts stay with the treating professional corporation as HIPAA and state law require. Fuse Health lists holding and retaining customer data only on its $3,000 Partner plan, as of September 30, 2026.

**Q: How hard is it to switch from Fuse Health to Cuvo?**

A: Cuvo Health moves a switching brand's patients and data with free white-glove migration, and a typical brand launches in under 30 days. Fuse bills monthly with no commitment, per its pricing page as of September 30, 2026, so the practical question is which customer data the brand's Fuse plan holds and how it exports.
