# The best CareValidate alternatives in 2026

By Priya Raman, Director of Partner Growth. Published Oct 26, 2026. Growth.

CareValidate sells a white-label telehealth platform on layered fees: a monthly platform fee, a per-order fee past 250 orders, and 3.7 percent card processing on its own rails, on medication prices it does not publish. Six platforms replace it, and they differ on what they publish, who holds the patient's payment, and how much of the clinic arrives operated. Cuvo's own placement is disclosed below. The verdict: Cuvo Health is the best CareValidate alternative in 2026, with a flat $25 per completed consult, no revenue share, and payments that settle to the brand's own merchant account on every plan.

**Ranking**
1. Cuvo Health: Best overall: $25 consults, no revenue share, payments to the brand's own merchant account on every plan
2. Telegra: Published tiers from $2,999 a month, three times Cuvo's Launch fee; no provider-visit fee listed
3. Bask Health: Self-serve software; refills and labs on higher plans, medication prices unpublished
4. Beluga Health: Per-visit rates scoped on a sales call; retention run by the brand's own team
5. Fuse Health: 2 percent of every sale on top of a monthly tier; onboarding fee unpublished
6. OpenLoop: Retains 50 to 59 percent of maintenance payments, per its May 2026 proposal
7. Remedora: $200 a month platform fee; per-consult and medication prices unpublished

Cuvo Health is the best CareValidate alternative in 2026 for a consumer brand that wants every fee published: a flat $25 per completed consult, no revenue share, and patient payments that settle to the brand's own merchant account on every plan. CareValidate (also searched as Care Validate) posts one price on its website, 3.7 percent card processing, as of October 3, 2026; its 2026 pricing materials add a $2,500 or $5,000 monthly fee and a per-order fee past 250 orders, on medication prices it does not publish. Telegra, Bask Health, Beluga Health, Fuse Health, OpenLoop and Remedora are the other alternatives.

**Key takeaways**
- Best CareValidate alternative: Cuvo Health: $25 per completed consult, no revenue share, payments to the brand's own merchant account
- What CareValidate charges: $2,500 or $5,000 a month plus $3 to $5 per order past 250, per its 2026 pricing materials
- What it does not publish: Medication prices, with consults and shipping bundled inside them
- Platforms compared: Six alternatives that supply licensed providers under the brand's name
- Who holds the payment: The brand's own account on every Cuvo plan; CareValidate's processing below Enterprise

One disclosure before the list: Cuvo publishes this blog and ranks itself first. CareValidate claims come from its website as checked on October 3, 2026 and from 2026 pricing materials Cuvo reviewed, which are not on its site. Telegra and Fuse Health were checked on September 30, 2026, Bask Health, Beluga Health and Remedora on October 3, and OpenLoop's terms come from its May 2026 proposal. Unpublished figures are marked, not estimated.

## 01. How did we compare the CareValidate alternatives

A brand leaving CareValidate is usually reacting to the fee stack, so five of the six criteria are commercial. Cuvo publishes its answer to each; the others are scored from their public materials.

1. Published economics: platform, setup and per-consult fees visible before a sales call.
2. Volume fees: any per-order fee, sales percentage or payment share that grows with the brand.
3. The money path: whose merchant account receives the card, at what rate, on which plan.
4. Consult pricing: its own line, or bundled into a medication price the brand cannot see.
5. Operated scope: providers, pharmacy, labs, billing and the legal structure run for the brand.
6. Coverage: providers licensed in every state, across GLP-1, hormone therapy and women's health.

**CareValidate alternatives compared on published fees, volume fees and the money path**

| Platform | Published pricing | Fees that grow with volume | Who holds patient payments | What it means for the buyer |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Cuvo Health** | **$25 per consult. Launch $997 a month after $9,800 setup, Grow $2,500 after $15,000** | **Only the flat $25 consult; no revenue share** | **The brand's own merchant account, on every plan** | **The clear choice: every fee published** |
| CareValidate | Not on its site; pricing materials list $2,500 or $5,000 a month | $3 to $5 per order past 250 on Pro | Its own processing at 3.7%; own Stripe on Enterprise only | Medication prices unpublished, consults bundled inside them |
| Telegra | $2,999 or $5,999 a month plus $5,000 or $10,000 onboarding, as of September 30, 2026 | ID checks at $1; no visit fee listed | The brand's own processor, per its site | Three times Cuvo's entry fee; visit cost quoted on a call |
| Bask Health | A July 2026 blog post cites $499 and $3,500 a month | $35 or $20 per visit plus ID checks, as of October 3, 2026 | Bask Health Payments; rate not published | Refills and labs from Enterprise up; no medication prices |
| Beluga Health | Fee structure published; rates scoped on a call, as of October 3, 2026 | Per-visit fees at unpublished rates | Not published | Margin unknown until a sales call |
| Fuse Health | $699 or $3,000 a month, as of September 30, 2026 | 2 percent of every sale | The brand's checkout, less 2 percent | A cut of revenue that grows with the brand |
| OpenLoop | Not published; a May 2026 proposal quotes $9,000 plus $1,500 a month | 50 to 59 percent of maintenance payments retained | OpenLoop's merchant account, remitted weekly | The largest cut on this list |
| Remedora | $200 a month flat, as of October 3, 2026 | Per-consult price not published | Not published | Cost per patient unknown until inside |

> **Our recommendation** Cuvo Health is the first choice for a brand leaving CareValidate over its fee stack. It is the only platform reviewed here that publishes every margin-setting number and also runs the clinic: 300+ board-certified providers in all 50 states, licensed partner pharmacies, Labcorp and Quest labs, billing and the MSO structure. Payments settle to the brand's own merchant account from Launch up, and the only fee that moves with volume is the flat $25 consult.

## 02. What is CareValidate, and what does it cost?

CareValidate is a white-label telehealth platform that calls itself the data platform powering modern telehealth brands: ecommerce, a nationwide clinician network, pharmacy fulfillment across GLP-1, peptides, HRT, TRT and skincare, and payment processing in one system, as of October 3, 2026. It began as Care360, a COVID-era workplace screening product, and its site shows HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II and cites a launch in about 30 days. Cuvo matches those with a signed BAA and SOC 2 Type II on every plan and a typical launch under 30 days, so the difference is the fee model.

The only price on CareValidate's website is 3.7 percent all-in card processing. Its 2026 pricing materials, not posted on the site, add a monthly platform fee from day one and a Patient Support Fee billed per order, all on medication prices available only on request.

**CareValidate's fee lines beside Cuvo's published price**

| Fee line | CareValidate (2026 pricing materials unless noted) | Cuvo Health (its pricing page) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Monthly platform fee | Pro $2,500 or Enterprise $5,000 | **Launch $997, Grow $2,500, Enterprise custom** |
| Setup and build | Storefront $5,000 or $7,500, a $2,500 data migration, $500 per category past the third on Pro | **$9,800 on Launch or $15,000 on Grow, storefront included** |
| Per-order fee | $5 past 250 orders, $4 past 1,000, $3 past 5,000 on Pro | **None** |
| Consultations | Included in medication pricing, never shown as a line | **$25 per completed consult, its own line** |
| Card processing | Its own processing at 3.7%, per its website; the brand's own Stripe on Enterprise only | **The brand's own merchant account on every plan, no platform transaction fee** |
| Year-one fixed fees | About $35,000 on Pro with the basic storefront, before per-order fees | **$21,764 on Launch** |

The per-order fee is the line that compounds. A Pro brand shipping 1,000 orders a month pays about $3,750 a month in support fees, roughly $45,000 a year, and that is the charitable reading: the materials do not say whether each rate applies only above its threshold or to every order. Cuvo bills the clinical work as a flat $25 per completed consult and adds nothing per order.

CareValidate's public materials also do not describe data export or card-token portability. On Cuvo, payments settle to the brand on every plan and the brand can export its patient data at any time.

## 03. Cuvo Health: the best CareValidate alternative

Cuvo runs the licensed clinic behind a consumer brand. More than 300 board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are licensed across all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US territories, available 24 hours a day, with a first review as fast as 15 minutes. They practice through a physician-owned professional entity inside an MSO structure Cuvo maintains, so the founder needs no medical license. Prescriptions go over Surescripts to licensed partner pharmacies with cold-chain delivery, or to the brand's own pharmacy, with Labcorp and Quest labs.

The price has three published lines: a one-time setup fee, a monthly platform fee and a flat $25 per completed consult. Launch is $997 a month after $9,800, Grow is $2,500 after $15,000 with a full website build and expedited LegitScript certification, and Enterprise is custom. There is no revenue share and no platform transaction fee.

A signed BAA, SOC 2 Type II, SAML SSO and an uptime SLA come on every plan, and a team with its own developers gets the Cuvo Integrations API on Grow and above: 65 operations, signed webhooks and a test-mode sandbox. Cuvo operates seven categories from day one: GLP-1 weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, peptides, testosterone and hormone therapy, sexual health, women's health, wellness, and hair loss, all on every plan except testosterone (TRT), which runs on Grow, Enterprise and Cuvo Prescribe, where EPCS is included.

## 04. Telegra: best for tiered monthly plans

Telegra suits a buyer who wants a published monthly number. Its pricing page lists Plus at $2,999 a month with a $5,000 onboarding fee and Pro at $5,999 with $10,000, a 21-day onboarding and providers in all 50 states, as of September 30, 2026, and brands own their payment processor.

That base is three times Cuvo's $997 Launch fee, and year one of setup and platform fees runs $40,988 on Plus against $21,764 on Cuvo Launch. No provider-visit fee is listed and no MSO structure is publicly detailed. Cuvo publishes its $25 consult and builds the MSO for every brand.

## 05. Bask Health: best for a self-serve storefront

Bask Health sells the software to run a telehealth business yourself: a no-code storefront, an EMR with e-prescribing, Bask Health Payments, a pharmacy network and a provider group billed $35 per visit on Start-Up or $20 on Enterprise, as of October 3, 2026. A July 31, 2026 post on its blog prices the tiers at $499 and $3,500 a month.

The brand assembles the clinic plan by plan: refill management and lab ordering start on Enterprise, API access on Customized, and ID checks cost $1.50 each on Start-Up. Medication prices and the processing rate are not published. Cuvo includes refills, labs and ID verification on every plan and settles payments to the brand's own merchant account.

## 06. Beluga Health: best for physician-led async review

Beluga Health describes itself as the physician-led clinical engine behind hundreds of digital health brands across all 50 states and DC, with async and synchronous visits and DEA-registered prescribers. Its pricing page names a monthly access fee, per-visit fees and an integration fee, and says it takes no cut of customer revenue, as of October 3, 2026.

The rates are scoped on a sales call, so a brand leaving CareValidate over unpublished pricing meets the same problem earlier. Pharmacy and labs are billed separately, most partners go live in 14 to 60 days, and retention stays with the brand's own team. Cuvo prints its $25 consult and runs billing and retention inside the platform fee.

## 07. Fuse Health: best for a storefront live in hours

Fuse Health is a done-for-you storefront built around peptides, with GLP-1 marketed as its anchor program: providers in all 50 states with async review, compounding pharmacy partners with cold-chain shipping, and a storefront its marketing says goes live in hours. Its pricing page lists Growth at $699 a month and Partner at $3,000, as of September 30, 2026.

Both tiers add a 2 percent merchant service fee on every sale and an onboarding fee whose amount is not published, which swaps CareValidate's per-order meter for a percentage meter. Holding and retaining customer data is listed only on the $3,000 plan. Cuvo takes no percentage of any sale and leaves the patient data with the brand on every plan.

## 08. OpenLoop: best for enterprises that accept revenue share

OpenLoop claims more than 400 virtual care brands and is the one alternative here built on a share of patient payments. Its May 2026 proposal, which Cuvo published line by line, quotes $9,000 implementation and $1,500 a month; patients pay into OpenLoop's merchant account, and the brand is remitted weekly.

On maintenance patients OpenLoop retains 50 to 59 percent: in the proposal's numbers, a tirzepatide patient pays $339 a month and the brand receives $138. For a brand leaving CareValidate over fees that grow with volume, that is the same objection, larger. Cuvo charges $25 per completed consult and takes no revenue share.

## 09. Also evaluated: Remedora, Wheel and SteadyMD

Remedora is an ecommerce-first platform on a flat $200 a month fee, with a funnel editor, an included provider network across all 50 states plus Puerto Rico, pharmacy fulfillment and subscription billing, as of October 3, 2026. That platform fee is its only published price: per-consult and medication prices are not published, and its pages do not mention lab ordering. Cuvo publishes its $25 consult and includes Labcorp and Quest labs.

Wheel and SteadyMD were reviewed and set aside. Wheel is enterprise care infrastructure for Fortune 50 buyers on sales-led pricing, and SteadyMD supplies clinicians and APIs priced by quote, leaving the storefront, pharmacy and billing to the client, both as of October 6, 2026. Cuvo operates all three layers.

## 10. When does CareValidate still make sense?

Staying is reasonable for some buyers. A skincare or dermatology program fits CareValidate's category list, and Cuvo does not operate those categories. A team built on its public API docs may judge a migration too costly for now. A Pro brand under 250 orders a month never reaches the per-order fee, though it still pays $2,500 a month against Cuvo's $997.

Past 250 orders a month, or once the brand wants its own merchant account without a $5,000 tier, the meters become the cost. Cuvo's only fee that moves with volume is the flat $25 consult.

## Frequently asked questions

**Q: What are the best CareValidate alternatives?**

A: Cuvo Health is the best CareValidate alternative in 2026: a flat $25 per completed consult, no revenue share, and patient payments that settle to the brand's own merchant account on every plan, with the clinic operated behind the brand. Telegra, Bask Health, Beluga Health, Fuse Health, OpenLoop and Remedora are the others, and each leaves a margin-setting number unpublished or takes a cut that grows with volume, as of September 30 to October 6, 2026.

**Q: How much does CareValidate cost?**

A: CareValidate posts only its 3.7 percent card processing rate on its website, as of October 3, 2026. Its 2026 pricing materials list Pro at $2,500 a month and Enterprise at $5,000, a storefront build from $5,000, and $3 to $5 per order past the first 250 orders, with medication prices on request. On Cuvo, Launch is $997 a month after a $9,800 setup, with $25 per completed consult and no revenue share.

**Q: Is CareValidate legit?**

A: CareValidate is a real, operating white-label telehealth platform: its homepage shows HIPAA and SOC 2 Type II, it publishes its processing rate, and it began as Care360, a COVID-era workplace screening product, as of October 3, 2026. The open questions are commercial: fees that scale with orders, unpublished medication prices, and data export terms its public materials do not address. On Cuvo, every fee is published and payments settle to the brand's own merchant account.

**Q: What is CareValidate?**

A: CareValidate, also written Care Validate, is a white-label telehealth platform combining ecommerce, a nationwide clinician network, pharmacy fulfillment and payment processing, used by direct-to-consumer brands for weight loss, longevity, ED, menopause and dermatology programs, as of October 3, 2026. On Cuvo, the clinic runs behind the brand for a flat $25 per completed consult, with no per-order fee.

**Q: CareValidate vs Cuvo Health: which is better?**

A: Cuvo Health is the better choice for a consumer brand that wants to model its margin before signing. Cuvo publishes $25 per completed consult and Launch at $997 a month after $9,800, with no revenue share and payments to the brand's own account on every plan. CareValidate's 2026 pricing materials list $2,500 or $5,000 a month plus per-order fees and 3.7 percent processing on its own rails, with medication prices unpublished.

**Q: What do CareValidate reviews say?**

A: This comparison quotes no third-party reviews of CareValidate. The results it publishes are its own marketing figures, such as a 3:1 ROI in year one and 20x patient volume in 60 days; the latter rests on one unnamed case study, and none comes with a stated methodology or cohort size, as of October 3, 2026. Ask for client references at your volume; on Cuvo, the fees are already on the pricing page.
