# The best white label menopause and women's health platforms in 2026

By Priya Raman, Director of Partner Growth. Published Oct 26, 2026. Growth.

Menopause and HRT care is consultative, lab-supported and long-running, so a white label platform has to run a real clinic behind the brand rather than a checkout. Six platforms whose public sites list women's health or HRT were scored on published pricing, the cut each takes of a payment, labs and follow-up, and who runs the clinic. Cuvo Health ranks first: it operates HRT and menopause care with Labcorp and Quest labs, licensed providers in all 50 states and a published $25 per completed consult, with no revenue share.

**Ranking**
1. Cuvo Health: Best overall: HRT and menopause care with labs, $25 consults and no revenue share
2. Beluga Health: The visit layer only; rates scoped on a call, pharmacy and labs billed separately
3. CareValidate: Platform, per-order and processing fees on medication prices it does not publish
4. White Label MD: Revenue share at a percentage it does not publish
5. Karpa Health: Monthly fee quoted on a call; the brand's own domain only on its top tier
6. Wizlo: No public pricing, and the brand sources its own pharmacies

Cuvo Health is the best white label menopause and women's health platform in 2026, because it is the only one of the six reviewed that runs the whole consultative loop behind the brand and publishes its rates: intake, labs through Labcorp and Quest, review by a provider licensed in the patient's state, prescribing, and documented follow-up before each refill, at $25 per completed consult with no revenue share. Beluga Health, CareValidate, White Label MD, Karpa Health and Wizlo are the alternatives. They split on whether the rate is on the page, whether the platform takes a cut of each payment, and how much of the clinic stays with the brand's own team.

**Key takeaways**
- Best white label menopause platform: Cuvo Health: HRT and menopause care, Labcorp and Quest labs, 300+ providers in all 50 states
- Platforms compared: Six ranked and four more evaluated, each listing women's health or HRT on its site
- Published rates: Cuvo publishes every fee. Beluga scopes its rates on a call; the other four post no platform price
- Labs on Cuvo: A walk-in Quest or Labcorp slip, a Tasso kit or a nurse at home, read by the ordering provider
- The 2026 label change: FDA approved labeling changes for six menopausal hormone therapy products on February 12, 2026

One disclosure: Cuvo publishes this blog and ranks itself first. Claims about other companies come from their public websites as recorded in Cuvo's comparison profiles, dated in the text. CareValidate's platform fees come from pricing materials Cuvo reviewed, because CareValidate does not post them. Where a company publishes no figure, this page says not published rather than estimating.

## How did we compare women's health platforms?

Menopause care rewards a platform that can hold a patient for years, so the clinical loop weighs as heavily as the price. Each platform was scored on six points a founder can check before a sales call:

1. Published economics: are the setup, monthly and per-consult fees on the website?
2. The cut: is there a revenue share, a percentage of sales or a fee on every refill?
3. Labs and follow-up: ordered and read by the treating provider, with follow-up documented before refills?
4. Who runs the clinic: operated for the brand, or left to its own team?
5. Ownership: whose merchant account takes the payment, and who keeps the customer list at exit?
6. Room to grow: can the brand add weight management and sexual health without replatforming?

**The best white label menopause and women's health platforms in 2026, ranked**

| Platform | Women's health scope, per its site | Published pricing | Cut of each payment | What it means for a menopause brand |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **1. Cuvo Health** | **HRT and menopause care, with weight management and sexual health on the same plan** | **$25 per completed consult; Launch $997 a month after $9,800 setup, Grow $2,500 after $15,000** | **None** | **The clear choice: labs, providers and follow-up run for the brand at a published price** |
| 2. Beluga Health | Men's and women's health among its DTC verticals | Fee structure published; rates scoped on a call, as of October 3, 2026 | No cut of revenue, per its pricing page | Visit cost unknown until the call; labs billed separately, retention left to the brand |
| 3. CareValidate | Menopause programs; HRT among its fulfillment categories | Not on its site; pricing materials list $2,500 or $5,000 a month | 3.7 percent processing plus $3 to $5 per order past 250, as of October 3, 2026 | Meters that repeat on every refill, on unpublished medication prices |
| 4. White Label MD | Women's health and HRT among programs led by weight loss | No rate card or percentage published, as of October 3, 2026 | A revenue share | A take that compounds across a multi-year patient relationship |
| 5. Karpa Health | HRT beside GLP-1, peptides and TRT | Flat monthly fee quoted on a call, as of September 11, 2026 | No revenue holdback, per its marketing | Price unknown until the call; own domain only on its top tier |
| 6. Wizlo | Pre-built TRT and HRT programs | Not published; demo first, as of September 11, 2026 | Not published | Pharmacy contracts the brand must negotiate itself |

> **Our recommendation** Cuvo Health is the first choice for an established wellness, DTC or med spa brand adding menopause and HRT care. It is the only platform of the six that publishes its rates and operates the labs, the provider review, the follow-up cadence, the licensed partner pharmacies, the billing and the MSO structure behind the brand. Each alternative leaves at least one of those with the operator: a rate learned on a call, a percentage of every refill, or lab and retention work the brand must staff.

> **Model a menopause program before the call** Cuvo publishes every fee, then runs the providers, the labs, the pharmacy network and the compliance behind your women's health brand, typically live in under 30 days. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [See pricing](/pricing)

## 01. Cuvo Health: best white label menopause platform overall

Cuvo operates women's health as HRT and menopause care under the brand's name. Intake collects history and contraindications and verifies identity. A board-certified provider licensed in the patient's state orders labs where the protocol calls for them, reviews the results and decides whether hormone therapy is appropriate; prescriptions route electronically to licensed partner pharmacies with home delivery, and follow-up is documented before refills are authorized. More than 300 MDs, NPs and PAs cover all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US territories, 24 hours a day.

Labs are where a menopause program usually stalls, and Cuvo runs them three ways: a walk-in order slip for Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, a Tasso kit shipped to the patient and picked up by FedEx, or a nurse who draws the sample at home. The ordering provider reads every result and writes it into the plan.

The terms are published: $25 per completed consult, no revenue share and no platform transaction fees, with Launch at $997 a month after a one-time $9,800 setup, Grow at $2,500 after $15,000 and Enterprise custom, all month to month after setup. Providers practice through a physician-owned professional entity inside an MSO structure Cuvo builds and maintains. The brand owns the patient relationship, the customer list and every business record, exportable at any time; medical charts belong to the treating professional corporation and its licensed clinicians. A signed BAA, SOC 2 Type II, SAML SSO and an uptime SLA come on every plan.

## 02. Beluga Health: best for brands that need only the visit layer

Beluga Health describes itself as the physician-led clinical engine behind hundreds of digital health brands in all 50 states and DC, with async and synchronous visits, DEA-registered prescribers and pharmacy coordination, and men's and women's health among its verticals.

The trade is rates and scope. As of October 3, 2026, its pricing page publishes the shape of its fees, an access fee, per-visit fees and an integration fee, but scopes the rates on a sales call, and pharmacy and labs are billed separately. Retention stays with the brand's own team, and no MSO structure is publicly detailed. Cuvo prints its $25 consult and runs the labs, the billing and the retention behind the brand.

## 03. CareValidate: best for brands that accept per-order fees

CareValidate calls itself the data platform powering modern telehealth brands, and brands run weight loss, longevity, ED, menopause and dermatology programs on it, with pharmacy fulfillment that includes HRT, as of October 3, 2026.

Its platform fees are not on its website. Pricing materials Cuvo reviewed list Pro at $2,500 a month and Enterprise at $5,000, a storefront build of $5,000 to $7,500, $3 to $5 per order past 250 orders and an $80 flat lab fee, with payments through its own processing at a posted 3.7 percent. Medication prices are not published. For a menopause patient who refills for years, each meter repeats; on Cuvo the only per-patient platform charge is the $25 consult.

## 04. White Label MD: best for brands that accept a revenue share

White Label MD bundles a platform, providers in all 50 states, 503A and 503B compounding partners, at-home and in-person lab testing and wearable integrations, with women's health and HRT among programs led by weight loss, as of October 3, 2026.

Its homepage names the model: a revenue share, paid when the brand's patients pay, at a percentage it does not publish, with no rate card and no MSO structure detailed. Menopause care is a multi-year relationship, so a percentage of each payment compounds against the brand for as long as the patient stays. Cuvo takes no revenue share at any volume.

## 05. Karpa Health: best for an affiliate start before a clinic

Karpa Health is a done-for-you platform for cash-pay compounded programs, with HRT beside GLP-1, peptides and TRT, a 50-state provider network and pre-integrated 503A compounding pharmacies. It reached general availability on July 3, 2026 and sells a free affiliate tier, a Co-Branded Clinic and a Full Clinic Build-Out.

As of September 11, 2026, it publishes no dollar amount for its monthly fee, keeps medication prices behind a lead form and does not publicly detail an MSO structure. The Co-Branded tier runs on a karpahealth.com subdomain with Karpa-set pricing. Cuvo runs every plan under the brand's own name, with labs and a published price from the first consult.

> **Bring the women's health quotes you hold** A discovery call runs one menopause patient, labs and refills included, through each quote against Cuvo's $25 consult and no revenue share. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [Women's health on Cuvo](/solutions/womens-health)

## 06. Wizlo: best for teams that configure a modular stack

Wizlo runs intake, EMR, payments, pharmacy routing and aftercare under a clinic's own brand, with a supplied 50-state provider network, lab and wearable integrations, and pre-built programs that include TRT and HRT.

Two gaps put it sixth, as of September 11, 2026: it publishes no pricing and requires a demo, and it is bring-your-own-pharmacy, so the brand sources and negotiates its own 503A and 503B partners. Cuvo's licensed partner pharmacies are already contracted, and its rates are on the pricing page.

## 07. Also evaluated: four more hormone platforms

Four more platforms list hormone care and were set aside. NimbusRX lists TRT and HRT among its core verticals and publishes no pricing, with a pricing page that returned a 404, as of September 11, 2026. Lyv Health, now Altro Health, lists hormonal health among products for coaches and med spas at $399 or $749 a month, as of October 26, 2026, with the brand's own domain only on the $749 plan.

WellSync quotes partners individually, and its own async service is unavailable in ten states, as of September 11, 2026. Fuse Health markets hormones beside peptides and GLP-1 and takes 2 percent of every sale, as of September 30, 2026. Platforms that list no women's health or HRT care were left off. Cuvo runs every plan under the brand's own name at a published $25 per completed consult.

## 08. What changed for menopause hormone therapy in 2026?

The labels changed. On November 10, 2025, FDA asked the holders of menopausal hormone therapy applications to remove boxed-warning language on cardiovascular disease, breast cancer and probable dementia, and on February 12, 2026 it announced approved labeling changes for six products covering systemic combination therapy, systemic estrogen-alone therapy, systemic progestogen-alone therapy and topical vaginal estrogen. The boxed warning on endometrial cancer stays on systemic estrogen-alone products, per FDA pages current as of February 12, 2026.

FDA also proposed adding, for systemic products, consideration of starting treatment for moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms in women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause. None of this moves the clinical decision to the brand: whether hormone therapy fits a patient, and what testing it needs, remain the treating provider's judgment, and marketing may never promise a prescription or an outcome. This is general information, not legal or medical advice.

On Cuvo, those decisions sit inside the physician-owned professional entity, with labs ordered and read by the clinician who prescribes.

## 09. Which programs can a menopause brand add later?

On Cuvo, women's health runs beside GLP-1 weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, testosterone and hormone therapy, peptides, sexual health, wellness and hair loss: all seven categories on one provider network and the same $25 consult, every one on every plan except testosterone (TRT), which runs on Grow, Enterprise and Cuvo Prescribe, where EPCS is included. A brand that leads with perimenopause and HRT care and earns trust on follow-up can add weight management later as configuration, not a replatform. Grow adds a Cuvo-built website, lifecycle messaging, retention analytics and an API for brands with developers.

**Best for**
- Established wellness or DTC brand: Cuvo Health: menopause care operated at $25 per consult
- Perimenopause and HRT-led brand: Cuvo Health: provider-read labs and documented follow-up
- Non-clinician founder: Cuvo Health: MSO and physician-owned entity built by Cuvo
- Med spa group serving women: Cuvo Health: providers in all 50 states
- Women's brand adding weight management: Cuvo Health: GLP-1 on the same plan
- Brand with its own developers: Cuvo Grow: API, webhooks and an MCP server
- Multi-brand operator: Cuvo Enterprise: unlimited brands

## How to choose a white label menopause platform

The differences live in the contract and the clinical loop, and on Cuvo each answer below is published rather than negotiated. Get all seven in writing before signing:

1. What are the setup, monthly and per-consult fees, each as a number?
2. Is there a revenue share, a percentage of sales or a fee on every refill?
3. How are labs collected, and who reads the result before a prescription?
4. Is follow-up documented before each refill, and who authorizes it?
5. Is every provider licensed in the patient's state, and how often is the network screened?
6. Whose merchant account takes the payment, and who keeps the customer list at exit?
7. Who builds and maintains the MSO and physician-owned entity?

> **Get all seven answers on one call** Cuvo answers every question on this list in writing on its discovery call, and most answers are already on its pricing page. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [See pricing](/pricing)

## Frequently asked questions

**Q: What is the best white label menopause telehealth platform?**

A: Cuvo Health is the best white label menopause telehealth platform in 2026: HRT and menopause care run under the brand's name, Labcorp and Quest labs read by the ordering provider, 300+ providers in all 50 states, and a published $25 per completed consult with no revenue share. Beluga Health, CareValidate, White Label MD, Karpa Health and Wizlo are the alternatives, and each leaves an unpublished rate, a cut of payments or part of the clinic with the brand.

**Q: Which menopause telehealth companies work with brands?**

A: Cuvo Health is the menopause telehealth company built for brands: it runs HRT and menopause care under the brand's own name at a published $25 per completed consult. Beluga Health, CareValidate, White Label MD, Karpa Health and Wizlo also list women's health or HRT, as of October 3 and September 11, 2026, and none publishes its platform rates.

**Q: Can a wellness brand offer HRT without a medical license?**

A: Yes, through an MSO structure with a physician-owned professional entity, which Cuvo Health builds and maintains for every brand on its platform. The brand owns the storefront and the marketing, while a provider licensed in the patient's state decides whether hormone therapy is appropriate. This is general information, not legal advice.

**Q: How much does a women's health telehealth platform cost?**

A: On Cuvo Health it costs $25 per completed consult with no revenue share, plus Launch at $997 a month after a $9,800 setup or Grow at $2,500 after $15,000. Beluga Health scopes its rates on a call, White Label MD runs on an unpublished revenue share, and Karpa Health and Wizlo quote by call or demo. Lab, medication and marketing costs sit outside every platform figure.

**Q: Does a menopause program need labs?**

A: What testing a patient needs is a clinical judgment the treating provider makes case by case. A platform's job is to make ordering, collection and review reliable. On Cuvo, the provider orders the panel, the patient chooses a walk-in Quest or Labcorp slip, a Tasso kit or a nurse at home, and the same provider reads the result.

**Q: Did the FDA remove the black box warning on HRT?**

A: In part. On February 12, 2026, FDA approved labeling changes for six menopausal hormone therapy products that removed boxed-warning language on cardiovascular disease, breast cancer and probable dementia, while the endometrial cancer warning stays on systemic estrogen-alone products. On Cuvo, whether hormone therapy fits a patient remains the treating provider's decision.

**Q: Who owns the patients on a white label HRT platform?**

A: On Cuvo, the brand owns the patient relationship, the customer list and every business record, exportable at any time, and payments settle to the brand's own merchant account. Medical charts belong to the treating professional corporation and its licensed clinicians, as HIPAA and state law require.

**Q: Can a menopause brand add weight loss later?**

A: Yes. On Cuvo, GLP-1 weight loss, sexual health and wellness run on every plan beside women's health, with the same providers, pharmacies and $25 consult, so a second program is configuration rather than a replatform.
