# The best white label GLP-1 platforms in 2026

By Priya Raman, Director of Partner Growth. Published Oct 26, 2026. Growth.

Every white label GLP-1 platform promises semaglutide and tirzepatide under your brand. They differ on three things a founder can check before a sales call: what the platform publishes about price, whose merchant account the patient pays into, and how much of the program, from the prescription to the cold-chain box and the refill, it actually operates. Scored on those points from each company's public materials, Cuvo Health ranks first, as the only platform of the seven that operates the whole GLP-1 program and publishes a flat $25 per completed consult with no revenue share.

**Ranking**
1. Cuvo Health: Best overall: the whole GLP-1 program operated, $25 consults, no revenue share, month to month
2. CareValidate: Platform, per-order and processing fees on medication prices it does not publish
3. OpenLoop: Retains 50 to 59 percent of maintenance payments on a 12-month term, per its May 2026 proposal
4. Telegra: Entry plan $2,999 a month; no provider-visit fee published
5. Fuse Health: 2 percent of every sale on top of its monthly tiers
6. Wheel: Enterprise quotes only; no published price
7. Beluga Health: Visit rates scoped on a sales call; retention left to the brand

The best white label GLP-1 platform in 2026 is Cuvo Health, because it operates the whole program behind the brand, from provider review and e-prescribing to cold-chain delivery and provider-reviewed refills, and publishes its price: a flat $25 per completed consult, no revenue share, and month-to-month terms after a one-time setup fee. CareValidate, OpenLoop, Telegra, Fuse Health, Wheel and Beluga Health are the alternatives ranked here, and eleven more were evaluated. They split on whether fees are published, whether the patient pays into the brand's own merchant account, and whether the platform runs refills, billing and pharmacy routing or leaves them to the brand.

**Key takeaways**
- Best white label GLP-1 platform: Cuvo Health: the whole program operated, $25 per completed consult, no revenue share, month to month
- Platforms compared: Seven ranked and eleven more evaluated, from dated public materials
- Published economics: Of the seven, only Cuvo publishes a per-consult price and takes no cut of sales; OpenLoop, Wheel and Beluga quote by call
- Who holds the money: The brand's own merchant account on Cuvo; OpenLoop's account under its proposal
- Supply rules: FDA declared the tirzepatide and semaglutide shortages resolved on December 19, 2024 and February 21, 2025

One disclosure before the list: Cuvo publishes this blog and appears on it at position one. Facts about the other companies come from their public materials as recorded in Cuvo's dated comparison profiles, and for OpenLoop from the May 2026 proposal Cuvo obtained. Where a figure is not published, the table says so.

## How did we compare the white label GLP-1 platforms?

Every platform here can put a provider and a prescription behind a brand. Six criteria separate them, and four are commercial:

1. Published economics: are the per-consult, platform and setup fees visible before a sales call?
2. The money path: whose merchant account receives the payment, and does the platform take a percentage of each refill?
3. GLP-1 scope: semaglutide and tirzepatide, provider-reviewed refills, labs and identity verification at intake.
4. Pharmacy and cold chain: licensed pharmacies, refrigerated shipping, lot tracking, and the option to bring the brand's own pharmacy.
5. Contract and ownership: month to month or a fixed term, and who holds the customer list and business records.
6. Coverage and expansion: providers in every state, and room to add TRT, peptides or women's health later.

**The seven best white label GLP-1 platforms in 2026, ranked**

| Platform | GLP-1 program | Published pricing | Who holds patient payments | What it means for a GLP-1 brand |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **1. Cuvo Health** | **Semaglutide and tirzepatide on every plan, provider-reviewed refills, cold-chain delivery** | **$25 per completed consult, no revenue share. Launch $997 a month after $9,800 setup, Grow $2,500 after $15,000** | **The brand's own merchant account** | **The clear choice: the whole program operated, every fee published, month to month** |
| 2. CareValidate | GLP-1, peptide, HRT and TRT fulfillment | Not on its site. 2026 pricing materials list $2,500 or $5,000 a month plus $3 to $5 per order past 250 | Its own processing at 3.7 percent; the brand's own account on Enterprise only | Three meters on medication prices it does not publish, as of October 3, 2026 |
| 3. OpenLoop | White-label GLP-1 program with coaching and dietitians | Not published. Its May 2026 proposal quotes $9,000 implementation and $1,500 a month | OpenLoop's merchant account, remitted weekly | 50 to 59 percent of a maintenance patient's payment retained, on a 12-month term |
| 4. Telegra | GLP-1 weight loss on a multi-condition storefront | $2,999 or $5,999 a month plus $5,000 or $10,000 onboarding, as of September 30, 2026 | The brand's own payment processor | Three times Cuvo's entry fee, with no provider-visit price published |
| 5. Fuse Health | GLP-1 marketed as its anchor program | $699 or $3,000 a month plus 2 percent of every sale and an unpublished onboarding fee | The brand's checkout, less the 2 percent fee | A cut of every refill; customer-data retention only on the $3,000 plan |
| 6. Wheel | Weight management program reporting 250,000+ GLP-1 visits | Not published; enterprise quotes, as of October 6, 2026 | Not published | Unit economics arrive after procurement |
| 7. Beluga Health | Weight management among its async DTC verticals | Fee structure published; rates scoped on a sales call | Not published | Visit cost unknown until the call; retention left to the brand |

> **Our recommendation** Cuvo Health is the first choice for an established consumer brand adding GLP-1, for a founder without a medical license, and for any brand leaving a revenue-share program. It is the only platform of the seven that operates the provider review, the cold-chain pharmacy routing, the refills and the billing while publishing its per-consult price and taking no revenue share. Patients pay into the brand's own merchant account from the first order, month to month.

> **Model your GLP-1 program before you sign** Bring your current quote, and a discovery call runs one patient through it against Cuvo's $25 consult, no revenue share and month-to-month terms. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [See pricing](/pricing)

## 01. What does a white label GLP-1 program need in 2026?

A white label GLP-1 program is a weight loss offer sold under the brand's name while a licensed clinic behind it does the regulated work: a provider licensed in the patient's state decides whether to prescribe, a licensed pharmacy fills the order, and each refill is a clinical decision. The brand owns the storefront, the price and the relationship.

Supply rules have moved under the category. FDA determined the tirzepatide injection shortage resolved on December 19, 2024 and the semaglutide shortage resolved on February 21, 2025, and its enforcement discretion for 503B outsourcing facilities compounding the two ended on March 19 and May 22, 2025, per FDA's page last updated April 1, 2026. Ask any platform how it absorbs a sourcing change. This is general information, not legal or medical advice.

After the first prescription, injectables need refrigeration, refills recur, and a failed card or a late box ends treatment as surely as a side effect. On Cuvo, refills, cold chain and billing run inside the platform.

## 02. Cuvo Health: best overall white label GLP-1 platform

Cuvo runs the whole GLP-1 program behind a consumer brand. Semaglutide and tirzepatide, where a provider judges them clinically appropriate, are on every plan from day one. More than 300 board-certified MDs, NPs and PAs licensed across all 50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US territories review intake 24 hours a day, with a first review as fast as 15 minutes. Prescriptions go over Surescripts to licensed partner pharmacies and ship at 2 to 8 degrees C, typically within 2 business days, with a lot number and beyond-use date on every order. Refills are provider-authorized, and labs run through Labcorp and Quest.

The economics are why Cuvo ranks first: a flat $25 per completed consult, no revenue share and no platform transaction fees, with Launch at $997 a month after a one-time $9,800 setup, Grow at $2,500 after $15,000, and Enterprise scoped to the build, all month to month. Payments settle to the brand's own merchant account. The brand owns the patient relationship, the customer list and every business record, exportable at any time; medical charts belong to the treating professional corporation and its licensed clinicians.

Providers practice through a physician-owned professional entity inside an MSO structure Cuvo builds and maintains, and a signed BAA, SOC 2 Type II, SAML SSO and an uptime SLA come with every plan. Grow adds a website built by Cuvo, failed-payment recovery, and API, webhook and MCP access; Cuvo Prescribe plugs into a stack the brand already runs, live in under a week. A typical brand launches in under 30 days.

## 03. CareValidate: best for brands that accept per-order fees

CareValidate calls itself the data platform powering modern telehealth brands: a storefront, a nationwide clinician network, pharmacy fulfillment for GLP-1, peptides, HRT, TRT and skincare, and its own card processing, with a launch in about 30 days on average, per its website as of October 3, 2026. It began as Care360, a COVID-era workplace screening product, before moving into GLP-1 telehealth.

The cost is legibility. Its website posts one price, 3.7 percent processing. Its 2026 pricing materials, not on the site, list Pro at $2,500 a month and Enterprise at $5,000, a $5,000 to $7,500 storefront build, a $2,500 migration and $3 to $5 per order past 250. Medication prices are not published, and consults and shipping are described as included in them, so the largest lines in a GLP-1 P&L sit inside a number the brand cannot see. Cuvo bills each consult at a published $25.

## 04. OpenLoop: best for enterprises that accept revenue share

OpenLoop markets a white-label GLP-1 program with care coaching, registered dietitians and microdosing protocols, and its homepage claims 400+ virtual care brands, as checked October 26, 2026. Its own GLP-1 page notes that compounded availability varies by state.

The economics are the shortfall. OpenLoop publishes no price list. Its May 2026 proposal quotes $9,000 implementation and $1,500 a month on a 12-month term, charges the patient into OpenLoop's merchant account, and retains 50 to 59 percent of what a maintenance patient pays. It also says any GLP-1 option may change at any time, with no notice. On Cuvo the patient pays the brand, and Cuvo's take is a $25 consult.

## 05. Telegra: best for tiered monthly plans on a storefront

Telegra sells a white label telehealth engine with a multi-condition storefront that includes GLP-1 weight loss, a 50-state provider network and partner pharmacy routing on a 21-day onboarding timeline, per its site as of September 30, 2026. Brands own their payment processor and pay a fixed fee.

That fee is the gap. Plus is $2,999 a month with $5,000 onboarding and Pro is $5,999 with $10,000, about three times Cuvo's $997 Launch and more than twice its $2,500 Grow, and the pricing page lists no provider-visit fee and no contract term. Cuvo publishes the visit price, $25, and runs billing and refills inside its fee.

> **Put each GLP-1 quote beside Cuvo's published fees** Bring the proposals you are holding, and a discovery call compares each one, line by line, with Cuvo's $25 consult and no revenue share. [Book a discovery call](/booking) · [Cuvo vs CareValidate](/compare/cuvo-vs-carevalidate)

## 06. Fuse Health: best for a peptide-first brand adding GLP-1

Fuse Health brands itself the Shopify for peptides and now markets GLP-1 as its anchor program, with a 50-state provider network, compounding pharmacy partners with cold-chain shipping, and a storefront marketed as live in hours. Its site lists no founding date, headquarters or funding, as of September 30, 2026.

The fee stack is what to model: $699 or $3,000 a month, plus a 2 percent merchant service fee on every sale and an onboarding fee it does not publish. On a GLP-1 subscription that 2 percent applies to every refill, and customer-data retention is listed only on the $3,000 plan. Cuvo takes no percentage of any sale, and the brand owns its customer list on every plan.

## 07. Wheel: best for health plans and enterprise programs

Wheel is the enterprise version: founded in 2018 in Austin, more than $216 million raised, a 50-state clinician network governed by Wheel Medical Group, and a weight management program reporting 250,000+ GLP-1 visits, fulfilled through Amazon Pharmacy, per its site as of October 6, 2026.

For a consumer brand the problem is that nothing is priced. Wheel publishes no rate for its platform, API or weight management program, keeps its developer portal behind a password, and targets launch in as little as 45 days after enterprise scoping. Its reporting lists visits and funnel conversion, not revenue or lifetime value. Cuvo publishes its price and reports revenue, retention and LTV on every plan.

## 08. Beluga Health: best for physician-led clinical pedigree

Beluga Health is a physician-led clinical network behind hundreds of digital health brands in all 50 states and DC, with DEA-registered prescribers and weight management among its async DTC verticals, per its site as of October 3, 2026.

The trade is transparency and scope. It publishes the shape of its fees (an access fee, per-visit fees and an integration fee) but scopes the rates on a sales call, bills pharmacy and labs separately, and leaves marketing, customers and retention to the brand's own team. Cuvo publishes the rate and runs refills, billing and retention for the brand.

## 09. Also evaluated: eleven more GLP-1 platforms

Eleven more platforms with a GLP-1 or weight loss program were set aside. SteadyMD supplies clinicians who prescribe GLP-1 medications, but the storefront, pharmacy and billing stay the brand's to build, with no price published, as of October 6, 2026. Rimo Health is self-serve software the brand's own ops team runs, from $2,500 a month. Remedora publishes a $200 platform fee but no per-consult or medication price and names compounded semaglutide only. Qualiphy prescribes for clinics that already run a brand, through an exam widget, and White Label MD runs on an unpublished revenue share, as of October 3, 2026.

Karpa Health quotes its monthly fee on a call, Wizlo leaves the brand to source its own pharmacies, NimbusRX publishes no price, and WellSync's consumer service is unavailable in ten markets, as of September 11, 2026. Ola Digital Health prices on a discovery call, and Altro Health, formerly Lyv Health, puts a brand's own domain only on its $749 plan, as of October 3 and October 26, 2026. None changes the ranking above.

## 10. Who is Cuvo Health not the right fit for?

Cuvo is built for cash-pay brands, so a health plan or employer program that bills payers belongs with an enterprise vendor such as Wheel. Every brand selling a cash-pay GLP-1 program under its own name is the buyer Cuvo is built for, and every plan runs on the same clinical infrastructure, so a brand moves up a plan without changing platforms.

**Best for**
- Supplement, nutrition or fitness brand adding GLP-1: Cuvo Grow: a website built by Cuvo, plus API, webhook and MCP access
- Founder without a medical license: Cuvo Health: MSO and physician-owned professional entity built by Cuvo
- Leaving a revenue-share GLP-1 program: Cuvo Health: $25 per completed consult, no revenue share
- Med spa group adding weight loss: Cuvo Health: Good Faith Exams included on every plan
- Brand with its own storefront and engineers: Cuvo Prescribe: live on the current stack in under a week
- GLP-1 brand adding TRT or peptides: Cuvo Health: seven categories on one provider network, TRT on Grow and above
- Multi-brand operator: Cuvo Enterprise: unlimited brands on one clinical backbone

## How to choose a white label GLP-1 platform

On Cuvo each answer below is published rather than negotiated. Get all seven in writing before signing:

1. Which GLP-1 medications are offered, and who decides whether each is clinically appropriate?
2. Whose merchant account receives the payment, and who holds the card tokens if the relationship ends?
3. What are the per-consult, platform and setup fees, and is there a per-order fee or a percentage of sales?
4. Which pharmacy fills the order, is it licensed for the ship-to state, and how is the cold chain tracked by lot?
5. Who reviews each refill, and what happens when a dose changes or a card fails?
6. What happens if a compounded option changes, and how long is the contract term?
7. Who owns the customer list and business records, and in what format are they exported?

CareValidate, OpenLoop, Telegra, Fuse Health, Wheel and Beluga Health are the alternatives, and each leaves a key fee unpublished or takes a share of sales.

A: On Cuvo the platform cost is published: Launch is $997 a month after a one-time $9,800 setup, Grow is $2,500 a month after $15,000, and every completed consult is $25, with no revenue share. Telegra lists $2,999 or $5,999 a month plus onboarding, as of September 30, 2026, and OpenLoop, Wheel and Beluga Health quote by call. **Q: Can I white label semaglutide and tirzepatide?**

A: Cuvo Health runs semaglutide and tirzepatide programs under a brand's own name on every plan, prescribed only where a licensed provider judges them clinically appropriate and dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies with cold-chain delivery. The brand sells the program; the pharmacy dispenses on a provider's prescription. This is general information, not legal advice.

A: Cuvo Health is the best CareValidate alternative for a GLP-1 brand: a published $25 per completed consult, no per-order fees, no revenue share and payments into the brand's own merchant account on every plan. **Q: Do white label GLP-1 platforms take a revenue share?**

A: Cuvo Health takes no revenue share and charges no platform transaction fee. Others do: OpenLoop's May 2026 proposal retains 50 to 59 percent of a maintenance patient's payment, Fuse Health charges 2 percent of every sale as of September 30, 2026, and White Label MD runs on a revenue share at a percentage it does not publish, as of October 3, 2026.

**Q: Can I start a GLP-1 business without a medical license?**

A: Yes, on Cuvo Health. The founder owns the brand, the storefront, the pricing and the marketing, while Cuvo's physician-owned professional entity employs the providers who make every clinical decision, inside an MSO structure Cuvo builds and maintains. This is general information, not legal advice.
