## Operating commitments

- Flat-fee economics, no revenue share: a flat $25 per completed consult and 0% markup on medication, month to month after a one-time setup fee. Cuvo never takes a percentage of a brand's revenue.
- Full ownership: patients belong to the brand, not to Cuvo. The relationship, the data, and the retention are the brand's asset from the first consult.
- Compliance handled: licensed providers in all 50 states, licensed pharmacy partners, and the regulatory paperwork behind telehealth prescribing, handled as part of the platform rather than left to the brand.
